South Side Man Charged in Quadruple Homicide

CHICAGO - Lionel Parks, 29,

of the 107th block of South La Salle Street in Chicago has been charged with four counts of First Degree Murder in the shooting deaths of Elijah Jackson, 36, Scott Thompson, 46, Nateyah Hines, 19 and Shacora Jackson, 41 years old and two counts of Attempted Murder in the First Degree of an 18-year-old woman who survived the shooting and a 22-year-old man who survived by playing dead.  The shootings took place on December 17, 2016 on the 100 block of West 105th Street in Chicago.  Parks was placed into custody after he was positively identified as the offender.
